The Assaulted Women's Helpline. The Assaulted Women’s Helpline offers a free 24-hour telephone confidential crisis line. It provides counselling, emotional support, information and referrals. Services are available in up to 200 languages.

The National Council of Canadian Muslims Hate Crime Reporting Tool. You can also call the National Council of Canadian Muslim to discuss the incident you went through and get advice

 

Nisa Helpline. Nisa Helpline is a peer to peer counselling helpline available to Muslim women of all ages. The toll-free number is accessible anywhere in North America, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Naseeha Muslim Youth Helpline. Naseeha is a confidential youth helpline for young Muslims to receive immediate, anonymous, and confidential support with trained counsellors over the phone from 6–9 pm, Mon-Fri (EST).
